THE GUEST HAUS will be on the ground level and will have a rustic aesthetic design with seating for 100 guests.

THE GUEST HAUS is a highly crafted experience designed to nourish every aspect of the human senses from the visual aesthetic, the cuisine, the music and entertainment as well as the overall comfort from the design.
CUISINE
The cuisine will be comprised high-end casual menu items using premium ingredients and recipes inspired by African-American culture.
COCKTAIL BAR
The cocktail bar will serve high-end and uniquely crafted cocktails along with the standard favorites using premium ingredients with recopies created by experienced mixologist.
AESTHETIC DESIGN
The design for THE GUEST HAUS will have a rustic aesthetic with a modern flair. The look and feel for the restaurant will be reflective of an actual home interior to give it a "home away from home" experience. Guest will feel as though they entered an an actual living space.
ENTERTAINMENT
There will be live music entertainment in the jazz tradition in the evenings and weekends with a small trio band and singer. There will also be flat-screen monitors that will display live jazz shows from legendary artist both past and present.

The Living Room Lounge area has the aesthetic of an actual living room space. It will have quality and comfortable furniture with a good balance of rustic and modern.

Rustic, eclectic, modern and comfortable is the design aesthetic for the lounge. Comfortable couch seating, area rugs, large coffee tables and modern accented lighting and fixtures is the design direction.
CURATED EXPERIENCE
This space will be close to the performance stage where the live music will be performed. While guests are enjoying our crafted cocktails they can listen and experience the live music.
